RETURN CONDITIONS
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of haircare products once they have left our salon or after delivery, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
All haircare products are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene reasons, even if they appear unused. Returns are only accepted for defective products or shipping errors.
INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

ORDER MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION
Orders can be modified or cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible for any modification or cancellation requests.
