If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, you can request an exchange or refund. Please note that certain conditions apply.
How to Get a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact us at ybs@yannbeyrie.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be sealed and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credits, with no expiry date.
Non-Refundable Items:
Items that have been opened or used cannot be refunded, even if returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defects or errors in the order. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping provider to ensure the safety of the return.
