RETURNS & EXCHANGES

POLICY OVERVIEW
This Returns & Exchanges Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging products purchased from Yann Beyrie Pte. Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through the yannbeyrie.com website (the “Site”). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.  

 

RETURN CONDITIONS  
If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, you can request an exchange or refund. Please note that certain conditions apply, including that products must be returned in their original, unused condition.  

 

HOW TO GET A REFUND  
To request a refund, please contact us at ybs@yannbeyrie.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be sealed and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credits, with no expiry date.  

 

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS  
Items that have been opened or used cannot be refunded, even if returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defects or errors in the order. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping provider to ensure the safety and proper tracking of the return.  

 

INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT  
If you have received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us at ybs@yannbeyrie.com with your order number and a description of the issue for a prompt resolution.  

 

ORDER MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION
You can modify or cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible for any modification or cancellation requests.  

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS  
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately with your order number, the correct address, and your mobile phone number for assistance.
