POLICY OVERVIEW
These Salon Policies outline the terms and conditions for services provided by Yann Beyrie Pte. Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) in our salon. By booking or purchasing services, you agree to these terms.

 

CONSULTATIONS
Consultations are complimentary for all services to ensure tailored and optimal results.

 

PRICING
Prices are determined during consultations and may vary based on the complexity of the service. All prices include GST.

 

SPECIAL RATES
Students presenting a valid student card receive a 20% reduction (Singapore-based institutions only). Children under 12 benefit from a 30% reduction on haircut services with all hairstylists, except with the director, who offers a 20% reduction.

 

PACKAGE POLICY
Packages are strictly non-refundable from the date of purchase and are valid for 24 months from the date of issue. They may be shared with family members or friends, provided that members inform us in advance should they wish to share their package credits with another person. Packages may only be redeemed for full-priced salon services and products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, offers, or promotions.

 

CANCELLATIONS
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. After three cancellations, a 50% deposit will be required for future bookings. New clients booking with the director must provide a 50% deposit.

 

LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled to ensure efficient salon operations. Please inform us as soon as possible if you anticipate being late.

 

DISSATISFACTION POLICY
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with a service, please notify us within 5 days of your appointment. We will carefully assess your concerns, and if deemed appropriate, offer a one-time complimentary touch-up. This touch-up must be scheduled and completed within 14 days of your initial appointment. Beyond this timeframe, the offer will no longer be valid.
